I loved the place. Very cozy, quiet. The attention was very nice. I loved my piece of cake for my birthday, it was fresh and very tasty. The best cappuccino. So if you want to enjoy a quiet place with friends or as a couple, this place is perfect. Everything is in optimal conditions.
Its a nice place, the building and interior is great but the food. The food isnt great, carrots from the salad bar just taste like like acid. The steak that me and one of my parents got were both underdone and had tones of gristle. The portionsnare way too big. The price for it all is really expensive.

Table reserved for Saturday evening. Upon arrival, you will be offered a seat at a center table in the middle of two different groups. When asked or reminded of the reservation, there were actually only the two chairs in the middle. Already well occupied in the outdoor area. Landlord and landlady alone on a wide corridor for kitchen and service. Waiting times accordingly, actually unreasonable. We were lucky with the food while others waited two hours. Eat lamb chop, and mixed dish (Pola, Pola). Both are fine, but in my opinion the price is not justified. A weekend surcharge is necessary. Waited 30 minutes to pay. We've enjoyed going there before, but probably not again. A pity.
We drive here especially from Freudenstadt. The food is great.
Waiting time is bearable, but understandable. The landlord is already around 70.

For a shooting house, really perfect. Great terrace, great atmosphere. Guys, if you order the grill plate, be hungry! I didn't try espresso ;) by the way, today was Monday and it was open! (Don't know if that's always the case - if in doubt, call!)
